Luke Collins is a character in The Longest Ride (film). He is a former bull-rider and is now married to Sophia Danko. He is played by Scott Eastwood.

Luke is a strong, blue-eyed cowboy who competes in bull riding competitions. He is about six feet tall and wiry. He always wears a cowboy hat and boots. Luke didn't go to college but he is a very intelligent man and an extremely hard worker. He grew up on a ranch a little north of Winston-Salem with his mother and father. His father taught him how to ride a mechanical bull at the age of 4 and ever since that he completed in bull riding competitions. Luke's father died when he was young so it was up him to take care of the ranch and his mom. Luke takes care of all the work on the ranch and prepares the Halloween festival and the trees of Christmas. He has dedicated his life to the ranch and will do anything to keep it. Even though, Luke has good intentions he hurt his mom very deeply by bull-riding and then he kept a big secret from Sophia. He has to choose what is most important to him in life and find a way to fix the mistakes that hurt the ones he loved so deeply.
He starts dating Sophia Danko and the two get married and opened up a museum in honor of Ira Levinson and his late wife, Ruth.
